DESCRIPTION:DMI Intensive Training Programme 2020/2021\n\nThis programme aims to utilise the time that we have with the DMI guest tutors. It aims to inspire students to pursue dancing with fresh vigour and passion. It consists of twice a year workshops for students in three separate age groups 9-11yrs & 12-13yrs & 14-17yrs.\nWe stream for male dance students\, if you are interested in this please submit the ITP form. \nMost ITP places are filled by audition over our summer seminars. \nThis year our winter session will be held in Christchurch after the DMI Winter Workshops on Sunday the 26th of July.\nOne session will be held in Christchurch and one in Auckland you will be required to attend both sessions.\nAs an Intensive Training Programme student you will have the opportunity to participate in question and answer time with our guest tutors\, receive feedback and career advice\, be choreographed on and be considered for outside opportunities around the world. \nYou will participate in a range of Classical\, Contemporary\, Character\, Jazz\, Neo Classical\, Pointe & Variations\, and Pas de Deux classes. Exact timetable and classes will be confirmed at latest a month prior to the programmes commencement. \nIf you have been selected by DMI as an ITP and with that we do have expectations. \n\nWe do expect you to attend both ITP Sessions.\nWe do have an expectation of you attending either our Winter Workshops or our Summer Seminars\, you may of course choose both if you wish.\nA high level of curtesy and etiquette to be displayed at all time.\n\nOur DMI ITP programme supports you in your journey to becoming a dancer. Students pay one annual fee of $300 NZD per student this is due by the 1st of February 2020.

DESCRIPTION:This class is aimed at students and adults who have a good understanding of the principles of classical ballet\, and are happy to work at their own pace within an open class environment. The class is designed to have multiple layers so that students may choose from varying levels of difficulty. The class is structured like a normal open ballet class\, with barre work\, centre practice\, pirouettes and allegro\, and will experiment with neo-classical style and technique within this framework. Meaghan places emphasis on using beautiful music and choreography to inspire students to gain the maximum enjoyment of ballet and make use of the incredible space in studio 2. \n$18 casual drop in rate | $15 tertiary students/industry rate | $150 Ten trip pass | $240 Twenty trip pass \nIf you have any questions then please contact Meaghan\, rowe.dance@outlook.co.nz. \nEnrolment is not necessary – you are welcome to show up on the day with your drop in fee!

DESCRIPTION:This class is aimed at students and adults who have a good understanding of the principles of classical ballet\, and are happy to work at their own pace within an open class environment. The class is designed to have multiple layers so that students may choose from varying levels of difficulty. The class is structured like a normal open ballet class\, with barre work\, centre practice\, pirouettes and allegro\, and will experiment with neo-classical style and technique within this framework. Meaghan places emphasis on using beautiful music and choreography to inspire students to gain the maximum enjoyment of ballet and make use of the incredible space in studio 2. \n$18 casual drop in rate | $15 tertiary students/industry rate | $150 Ten trip pass | $240 Twenty trip pass \nIf you have any questions then please contact Meaghan\, rowe.dance@outlook.co.nz. \nEnrolment is not necessary – you are welcome to show up on the day with your drop in fee!
